As an author, coach, mom, stepmom, and wife, I understand the chaos of life : the messy, the beautiful, and the transformative.
I’ve walked through childhood trauma (hello narcissistic mom and alcoholic father), divorce (+ coparenting), family court battles (aka the gates of h*ll), and the brutal art of blending a family (yikes).
There were seasons when it all felt like it was burning to the ground.
But I’ve learned how to rebuild — not just to survive, but to create something extraordinary from the ashes.
